1. Return Eligibility & Time Window
We offer a 30-day return window, counting from the day you receive your package.
To be approved for return:
• Item must be 100% unused, unwashed, uncut, unstyled, uncolored and completely untouched
• All original factory tags, labels, packaging and protective lace intact and attached
• No signs of wear, installation or damage
• Must provide order number / proof of purchase
2. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• All custom order, custom color, custom length & personalized hair
• Clearance / on sale discounted items
• Items returned with missing tags, damaged or altered condition
3. How To Start A Return
Do not send any package back without contacting us first.

3. Our team will review and reply within 1–2 business days
4. Return Shipping Fee
• Buyer’s remorse / wrong size/color change: Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fee is non-refundable.
• Our mistake / defective hair / wrong item received: We take full responsibility and cover all return shipping & full refund.
5. Inspection & Refund Process
1. Once we receive and carefully inspect your returned item
2. We will confirm approval or rejection within 3 working days
3. If approved, full refund will be issued back to your original payment method
4. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund
6. Damages & Wrong Order
Please inspect your parcel immediately upon arrival.
If you receive defective, damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery, with clear photos/video proof. We will resolve it with refund or replacement for you.
7. Exchanges
We recommend returning the unwanted item first once approved, then placing a brand new order for your desired hair — this is the fastest way to get your new hair quickly.
